We met online...

Sounds like the beginning of a love story, doesn't it?

While it's not a love story, it is the opening line for the story of how our friendship was formed.  Brooke & Julie met while ribbing each other over stealing a customer on Facebook (Thanks Glenn Anderson, ~Yes, the radio personality from Star 102 ~  we should credit you with all of this).  What could have easily started a feud filled competition ultimately started a very sweet friendship instead!  For years we would joke how we should "join forces and build a bakery empire!"  We jokingly called it the "fantasy bakery" whenever we came up with ideas, no matter how great, or how far fetched.  Never really thinking we'd ever actually take that leap of faith and do it.

Nearly two years ago, we worked on a collaborative community holiday gingerbread display at a local mall.  Lots of flour, spices, hours and most of all laughs were shared between us during those few weeks as we designed, baked and built our gingerbread masterpiece.  For years, we've had each other's backs, helping one another with ideas, taking care of one another's customers when needed, running deliveries, borrowing tools and just simply becoming close friends.

We're sweet, silly, creative and even a little twisted sometimes.  Together, we make a pretty cool team, and there's nothing we can't do when we set our minds to it!

Here we are in our first appearance together on Fox 8 in the morning back in December of 2015.  We were introducing ourselves and our first collaborative effort together, doing a Gingerbread house for a community display at a local mall.  It was such a fun day!
